CoolVision remote monitoring system
Remote monitoring system CoolVision I based on the controller COOLTECH UNICOOL I provides the ability, given that the controller is online, to remotely connect to it.
Remote connection to the operator panel is enabled through a cloud service with a personally assigned login and password.
Remote connection to the cloud service is possible through a mobile device (telephone) on the IOS or Android platform, as well as using a Microsoft Windows-based PC.

A remote connection enables the following features:
- full control of the compressor unit/chiller at any user location;
- operating mode control;
- parameter monitoring;
- alarm reset;
- remote downloading of the project into the operator panel.
There are several options for enabling controller access to the cloud service:
- 1 - USB modem with SIM card slot (make sure to use a rate which provides Internet connectivity);
- 2 - If a Wi-Fi network is within a reach of the controller, you can install a standard Wi-Fi connection;
- 3 - Use the Ethernet cable to connect to the access point.
The Protection Class of the operator panel enclosure (face cover) is IP65.
Operating conditions of the system:
- for Unicool operator panels
- ambient air temperature range is from 0 to 55 ℃ (normal temperature 25 ℃);
- relative humidity from 10 to 90% over the entire operating temperature range;
- sinusoidal vibrations with an amplitude of 0.1 mm and a frequency of 10 to 25 Hz.
Transport and storage temperature from -20 to +60 ℃
- for the central control processor and expansion modules
- ambient air temperature from -20 to +60℃ (normal temperature 25℃);
- relative humidity from 10 to 95% at +25℃;
- sinusoidal vibrations with an amplitude of 0.1 mm and a frequency of 10 to 25 Hz.
Transport and storage temperature from -40 to +70 ℃
The standard equipment includes
- Unicool control system according to the project;
- design, technical and operational documentation.
Software
The control system software consists of the operator panel firmware and the controller firmware.
Access to the systems software is protected by both administrative measures (installation in a separate room) and multi-level password protection.
The following modes of operation with the controller software are available:
- monitoring (password not required) - operator access in order to track the measured parameters;
- ACS engineer - provides access to change values related to the normal operation of the compressor system as well as configuration and critical preset values;
- Administrator - the level of the manufacturer's Administrator.
