UPDATE: Turns out Halo 5: Guardians is also free as part of the Xbox Free Play Days event. That’s 4 games you can try for free, theoretically anyway. The download size for Halo 5 is ridiculous.

ORIGINAL ARTICLE: If you’re looking for some new games to play this weekend for the low, low price of sweet nothing, we’ve got you covered. Injustice 2, Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Wildlands and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition will be available to play for free.

Injustice 2 has a trial weekend running on PS4 and Xbox One running from April 12th to April 15th, with players getting full access to the game. Also, the game will be on sale with a 40% discount on both consoles. If you’re yet to play one of the greatest fighting games of 2017, now is your chance.

Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Wildlands is also getting a free weekend on PS4, Xbox One and PC, which is a promotion made to coincide with the first big Year 2 update for the game called Special Operation I. You may know it as the one with Sam Fisher from Splinter Cell. The game will be free from April 12 to April 15th, and will be available for a 67% discount. Unfortunately on Xbox, only Gold members can get involved and reap the benefits of the discount.

Speaking of Xbox Live Gold members, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition will be available this weekend as part of Xbox’s long running Free Play Days event. Available from – you guessed it – April 12th to April 15th, players will get access to the full game, and progress will carry over when you buy the game. If you do feel like picking it up, all Xbox players will have access to a 50% discount for the duration of the event. If you’re a Gold member, you have an extra week to rearrange your finances.

All in all, it’s a great weekend for the frugal gamer. Will you be playing any of these games? Let us know in the comments below. Just so long as you’re not playing Extinction.
