When you find a product that just works, you grab on and never let go. Just ask Dua Lipa, who is currently very, very loyal to one lipstick and one lipstick only: Yves Saint Laurent's Candy Glaze Lip Gloss Stick in Scenic Brown. Hey, when you know, you know!

As the newest ambassador for the French beauty brand, Lipa told Allure that the YSL lipstick is also the ultimate multi-tasker. She doesn't just use it on her lips, but also applies the sheer brown shade to her eyelids and cheeks if she needs a little color on the go. “I just want to wear something that makes me look good,” she explains.

The lip gloss, which happens to be a celeb-favorite and has gone viral multiple times on TikTok, gives just a hint of juicy color, making it easy to apply literally anywhere and everywhere — AKA ideal for a jet-setting pop star. She said she keeps one on her at all times!

Since this lipstick has both the Dua Lipa and TikTok stamps of approval, it's certainly set to be one of the hottest beauty items.

The trendy brown-toned lip color makes sense with her new look; Lipa said goodbye to her dark hair in favor of a trendy cherry cola red in late 2023 to tease her forthcoming musical era and has been having fun with the color ever since. “The idea is very vibrant, but dark,” her colorist Ben Gregory told Allure of their chosen hue, and if you've seen Lipa on the red carpet lately, you know exactly what Gregory means.

Red was always pivotal to the new album and new aesthetic. “It was just me in the studio while I was listening to the music [for the new record], and I feel like I just saw the color red a lot,” Lipa shared. “And I wanted to dye my hair and do a little change." According to Lipa and Gregory, the process of going from deep, dark brunette to red took a whopping 10 hours, and her hair was a bright crimson at one point. The final shade, however, was exactly what she was hoping for, and it clearly works very well with her fave lip color. What more could you ask for? As one Hannah Montana would say, it's the best of both worlds.
