Somehow, you just know only good things can happen when Billie Eilish and Joey King are in the same room. And that's exactly what happened when these two stars met at an Oscars after-party, with Joey sharing a photo of their meeting.
If Joey's Instagram post is anything to go by, these two stars had fun with a capital "F" during their hangout session at one of Sunday night's Oscars after-parties. We got a peek of what their meeting must have been like through the caption Joey included with the photo, which is basically an exchange wherein Billie reveals Joey is a childhood hero of hers.
The caption starts, "Billie: holy sh*t I wanted to be you when I was younger," and continues, "Me: WHAT? why would you want that?!" The conversation then ends with Billie apparently telling Joey, "Ramona and Beezus was the best," and Joey replied, "Yea, that movie slaps hard." You have to stan, folks.
Believe it or not, it's been 10 whole years since Ramona and Beezus came out back in 2010. The movie, which co-starred Selena Gomez as the titular Beezus, was one of Joey's earliest feature films after tons of TV roles. Although we never got a sequel (and honestly, I'm still peeved about that), it's actually pretty sweet knowing this movie still made an impact on Billie. Let's hope this Oscars encounter isn't the last we see of the Grammy-winner and the star of The Act, because they make for a seriously cool duo.
