Even though Francis Ngannou knows he is steepping into an arena he is not familiar with, he also definitely doesn't want people to underestimate his boxing skills. After all, he is only facing the heavyweight who is currently paired amongst the greatest of all time in his category. Ngannou already warned he does have a strategy and power is not the only aspect to note from his skillset. We haven't seen Francis moving inside a ring with all the gear on, we truly have no idea if he has any good footwork or how well he can dodge punches. If Tyson Fury clips him a couple of times, Ngannou will be in serious trouble and he will have to rely on his chin.

The promotions that are putting together the fight already said this won't be considered an exhibition and both fighters will try to go for the knock-out. On paper, this does seem like an impossible task for Francis and he may have to ask some boxing legends for pointers. Enter Mike Tyson. Speaking to TMZ, Ngannou was asked if he would approach 'Iron' Mike for advice. He said: "I think getting some advice or some training from Mike Tyson would be good. I also think of somebody like Lennox Lewis who could be good. I love his boxing style, very basic but very sharp and efficient. One-two [punches], all that stuff, classic but very good. Yes, one of those guys. We are definitely reaching out."

Wold Mike Tyson train with Francis Ngannou?

It actually didn't take long for Mike Tyson to respond to this invitation from Frnacis Ngannou. He spoke to ES News and confirmed he would indeed give Francis some pointers. Also, Tyson doesn't think this will be a walk in the park for Fury. Currently, Mike Tyson believes anything is possible once Frnacis gets inside that ring with the Brit. After all, the fact that we have no proof of Ngannou's boxing skills also works as a double-edged weapon. Who knows? Maybe he is quite the boxing prodigy and he could surprise more than one when he fights Tyson Fury. We'll have to wait for the actual fight to happen and see what's in store for all the fans.
