The island of Pag

The northernmost island of Dalmatia is the Island of Pag. It is also the fifth largest island in Croatia with an area of 284 m² . What distinguishes it is primarily an oblong, spindle shape. The island of Pag is approx. 60 km long, while its width ranges from 2 to 10 km. Despite the harsh landscape full of rocks, it is quite popular among tourists.

They come there not only to buy the cheeses produced there and traditional lace (Paška čipka), known in Croatia and beyond. The island of Pag is one of the most partying spots in this country . Zrće Beach next to Novalija is a clubhouse where several thousand people can have fun at the same time during the season. The advantage of the island of Pag is also the fact that in order to get to it, it is enough to cross the bridge connecting it with the mainland.
